It all depends on the use case. Residential Proxies, also known as Rotating Residential Proxies, come with IPs that change with each session or can keep the same IP for up to 60 minutes. ISP Proxies, on the other hand, maintain the same IP as long as your plan is active. Both offer high anonymity.

If your use case doesn't require maintaining the same IP for a long time, we recommend our Residential Proxies.

If your use case requires a consistent IP for an extended period, ISP Proxies are a better choice, as frequent IP changes may lead websites to flag or disable accounts. In this case, ISP Proxies are ideal.
