Eligible Refund Situations:

  1. Duplicate Orders
    • When identical plans are accidentally purchased simultaneously
    • No usage recorded on either plan

  2. Incorrect Plan Purchase
    • When the wrong plan is selected by mistake
    • No usage recorded on the plan

Non-Refundable Situations:

  1. Account Suspension
    • Violations of Terms of Service
    • Policy breaches

  2. Expired Plans
    • Plans that have reached their duration limit
    • Plans that have already been used

  3. Crypto payments are non-refundable.
