Definition

This Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") is an agreement between AntsData ("AntsData" or "the Company") and you, or the entity you represent (the "User").

The Subscription Agreement governs subscriptions and services related to subscriptions offered by AntsData. The Subscription Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the Service Agreement. Please refer to the link for the contents of the Service Agreement: Terms of Service - AntsData.

AntsData may, at any time and at its sole discretion, modify the pricing, products, or services with or without notice to the User. Any such modifications will be effective immediately once they are posted online and will affect all future purchases, including any auto-renewals of a service plan already purchased by you.

The Agreement becomes effective between AntsData and the User at the moment the User selects and pays for any of AntsData’s subscription plans or services offered within the AntsData Dashboard.

Terms

1. Only AntsData Residential Proxies come with a subscription billing model, which aims to offer more convenience to our Users.

2. Services may be available for a fee or for free (such as a free trial plan offered by AntsData). AntsData has the right to determine the components of any plan, the fee for products or services, the duration of any plan, any applicable discounts or promotions, and other policies related to subscription services.

3. If the User is using services during a free trial, the services will be suspended after the free trial expires until the User makes a payment for further services.

4. The services provided by AntsData shall be deemed accepted when the User selects and pays for any of the subscription plans in the Dashboard.

5. The User shall pay to AntsData all applicable fees for the subscription services, according to the chosen pricing plan as offered by AntsData.

6. All payments to be made under the Agreement shall be free and clear of any and all taxes, levies, duties, imports, fees, or other charges. Where any amount due to be paid hereunder is subject to any withholding tax, the User shall take responsibility for these fees.

7. The User shall ensure that the payment information provided is true and accurate and shall update this information to keep it up-to-date.

8. If the User chooses any of the subscription plans to complete the order, it means the User authorizes AntsData’s third-party payment platform partner to make periodic subscription deductions for the selected services.

9. By authorizing recurring payments, the User is authorizing AntsData to process such payments as either electronic debits or fund transfers, or as electronic drafts from the User’s designated account (for automated clearing house or similar payments), or as charges to the User’s designated account (for credit card or similar payments).

10. The subscription fees shall be charged periodically, and the User is obligated to ensure that there are sufficient funds in their authorized payment method to cover each auto-renewal.

11. Payments of the monthly/annual fees begin on the date of purchasing the services and are authorized automatically for each month or year.

12. Subscription fees, as well as fees paid for continuous services, are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If there is any special situation, the User should contact the AntsData Support Team to explain the refund request in detail. If the Support Team judges that the User is eligible for a refund, AntsData shall authorize third-party payment providers to complete the refund. All transaction fees associated with the refund request shall be the responsibility of the User.

13. Transactions can be processed through various third-party payment providers and/or managed by various service providers. These third-party payment providers may charge transaction fees, which the User is responsible for. AntsData uses services from the following providers: Airwallex (Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay), PayPal (Credit Card), and Epay (USDT, Cryptocurrency).

14. The User must ensure that they or the entity they represent do not share information, data, or services with any third parties (including selling, transferring, sublicensing, etc.). Failure to comply may result in AntsData terminating the provision of products or services immediately.

15. After subscription, to ensure the normal delivery of the User's next month's plan, AntsData typically initiates one deduction through the third-party payment platform 24 hours before issuing the plan. In case of a failed deduction, an email notification will be sent to the User, reminding them to monitor their account funds promptly to ensure successful deduction next time. The second deduction request is usually made 8–12 hours before the plan expires.

16. Only one subscription plan is allowed for the same product type under one account. If the User has already subscribed to a plan but needs additional data usage, traffic, or bandwidth, they can purchase a one-time package for supplementary usage.

17. To upgrade or downgrade a subscription, the User should go to "Billing-Subscription" and click "Upgrade Plan." This action will not affect the plan currently in use.

18. To cancel a subscription, the User should go to "Billing-Subscription" and click "Cancel Subscription." This action will cancel only future subscriptions and will not affect the current plan in use.

19. If the subscription fee has already been deducted and the corresponding plan has been successfully issued, the User cannot request a refund for the ongoing subscription plan.
